- -6:00am-7:00am - Boardwalk Bootcamp: Public landing Rockland. Class consists of high intensity interval training (tabata). Always a full body workout. Consisting of push ups, pull ups With the TRX, hill sprints, ploy-metrics, calisthenics, core training,running and stretching. The class is designed with balance in mind, Each muscle group is equally worked. The class is for any age, all exercises can easily be modified for your personal needs.

$15 Per Class (Drop-in) or $100- 10 Classes
